If you do not want the Student Health Insurance Plan for the 2024-2025 plan year, you must decline or opt-out of coverage by submitting a waiver. You may only opt-out of coverage during the following Waiver Periods:
Dental Students: Can Waive Through 05/01/2024
DNP, Rising D2, D3, D4, M3, & M4 Students: 05/01/2024 - 09/06/2024
All Incoming Freshmen - 06/01/2024 - 09/06/2024
All Remaining Students - 07/17/2024 - 09/06/2024
